This listing is on a property with two buildings which share the fenced in yard, the patio and the laundry room located in the back building. The back building has two one-bedroom apartments upstairs. It's just twenty minutes drive to the beaches. Getting around is easy from this location to access nightlife and restaurants.

Stayed Feb 20, 2024Very clean, comfortable, quiet property. Enjoyed the back patio, and having 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Street parking is not ideal, but we were always able to find a spot.

Stayed Aug 1, 2023It was our 2nd time to stay at this property. It's very convenient to go to pharmacy, grocery stores, gas station, etc. It's near the high way exit. Property is not brand new but was well maintained.

Stayed Aug 18, 2023Great location with a short drive to downtown. Kitchen was well stocked, cold AC, hot water. Master bed mattress a little hard with cozy master bathroom. Enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Jul 21, 2023The pricepoint of the property makes a quick trip to St. Petersburg for a weekend of baseball very economical. Close proximity to Central Avenue and Tropicana field. On street parking (no disignated slots), so a smaller vehicle is a lot easier to park. The shower temperature goes from very warm to hot with no cool water setting in the hall bathroom.

Stayed Jun 12, 2023We stayed for a week. The house was clean. The neighborhood is queit. It is within reasonable distance to the beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and many attractions. We went to the Dali Museum, which was absolutely amazing. The only thing that bothered us was the hot water temperature. The heater is turned up extremely high, 200°. The temperature surprised us as we weren't expecting it to be almost boiling out the tap. I would suggest checking the shower temp before letting your children bathe. We had a great time in St. Pete and the surrounding area. The property owner is very nice as well.

Stayed Aug 1, 2022The property is clean and the A/C is very efficient. Street parking is very convenient. Neighbors are quite and friendly. There are enough beddings and towels. I didn't find the hair dryer. You may need to bring your own. Laundry is free and I used it often since my kids were here for a sweem meet. They needed dry towels for the morning and evening sessions. The manager/owner answered all my questions promptly. In all, I am very satisfied with this property.
