House was absolutely gorgeous and spotless when we arrived!! The location was great - we were able to walk to the beach in minutes and it was a lovely area. House was great for a large group - plenty of bathrooms and space. FYI that early check in/late check out is 108 per hour, which felt a little steep given check in wasn’t until 5pm and check out was 10am, but house was so spotless when we arrived I understand it. The house had lots of comfortable seating and a lovely outdoor pool space. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Our family of 18 found this home to be perfect! We all enjoyed the pool and the large gathering areas (both upstairs and main level). Location was great! Highly recommend!

Some of bed linens were poor quality. Slider door entrance to family room was a trip hazard for children and older guests. The house was well equiped and well kept. We enjoied our stay.

We had a group of golfers and this place was perfect. Lots of room to gather as a group for dinner. Enjoyed the hot tub and playing corn hole on the deck. Just a short walk to the beach.

Well appointed home located close to the beach, the owners have created a comfortable setting for a family vacation. The kitchen is awesome, the bedrooms are very accommodating for all types of family members, the pool and outdoor setting are perfect. Check in was easy and we had zero issues during our week. Burke's Beach is incredible and we never felt crowded Outstanding experience

Loved the home and location. Pool at the living level (2nd floor) was unique and greatly added to the experience. A house for entertaining for sure. For a group of 17, however, water pressure was constantly an issue whether in the showers or in the kitchen. Also, very few hooks were available in bathrooms for towels or hanging up wet swimsuits. The sheets were also very thin/rough which made for discomfort after a day at the beach and the inevitable sun. Outside of that, a really enjoyable week, thanks!

The house fitted what our needs were in a very relaxed environment. Everything about the house was perfect.

Keurig part of kitchen coffeemaker didn't work. We used Keurig from upstairs bar. House was very clean and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Would come again!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, great layout for a large family. Kitchen well stocked with plates/utensils and kitchen tools. Second fridge is wonderful to have. The house is very nice. That said, it wasn't as clean as you would expect - rings around the inside of the toilets, bathrooms not well stocked with products, kitchen didn't have enough dishwasher pods or garbage bags. The gas wasn't on when we arrived, which meant no heat and no workable stovetop, so we were forced to interrupt precious family time to contact the management company and they were less than helpful and aggravating. They insisted we were not operating the stove properly and did not send a maintenance person out for two hours. When he arrived, he advised us someone had previously turned off the gas supply to the house. It was diappointing the company took so long to accept our evalluation of no gas to the house. Look elsewhere for a location managed by a more responsive management company. On the day we were to leave, they advised us through the Amazon Alexa tool that they extended our stay one day. What a ridiculous proposal.

This is a very lovely home - great space for a large family! Game room, bunk bed room and the hot tub/pool were big hits! The kitchen is well equipped! We did have internet issues which impacted email reception, television viewing and the functioning of some appliances (which were wi-fi connected). The staff were very responsive and tried to address the issue with very little success.
