Stayed May 24, 2025The unit needs a redo. There was not one comfortable place to sit and the kitchen was lacking glassware and the coffee pot was cracked! We did not like the beaches as there were too many restrictions about where to park and where to set up.

Stayed Mar 15, 2025Gorgeous property with ocean view! Quick walk or golf cart ride to THE BEACH, community pool, great restaurants (Local Catch was our favorite), shops, ice cream, and bike rental! Short car ride to grocery stores! We all loved this property!! Spring Break 2025 was great Property owner even went above and beyond by mailing back a personal item that was left!!

Stayed Mar 29, 2025This property was perfect- location, amenities, and communication with the owners. The house wasn’t cleaned when we arrived. However, the owner quickly took care of it by sending over the cleaning crew and sent us out to dinner while we waited! We had enough to get dinner out another night, too! The young adults in the family agreed that Santa Rosa Beach is our new favorite place in Florida.

Stayed May 4, 2024Very nice clean property. Close to restaurants and shopping and the golf cart was a added bonus we pretty much went everywhere in the golf cart. It was nice to have the community pool when we didn't want to go down to the beach which was just a short walk. We would definitely recommend this home and we would definitely book again. Owner Janea was very nice and accommodating.
