Step inside to a bright and inviting living area that flows seamlessly into the dining space and fully equipped kitchen—perfect for gathering after a day in the sun. The home offers convenient in-unit laundry and a half bath on the main level, making longer stays easy and comfortable.

Upstairs, both bedrooms feature private en-suite bathrooms and their own balconies—your personal retreat for morning coffee or evening unwinding. Downstairs, you’ll love the rare bonus of two outdoor patio spaces—one off the living room and one off the kitchen—giving you multiple spots to relax, dine, or enjoy the coastal breeze.

Just steps across the street, you’ll find easy beach access, so you can go from your front door to the sand in minutes. When you’re not at the beach, take a refreshing dip in the community pool or explore everything Miramar Beach has to offer.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
