Close to Bayside Beaches w/ Pool Table, Fire Pit

Staying here was great!! Loved the property and all the amenities. The only thing I would say was missing a bit were mirrors. Would def stay here again! Cozy and quiet neighborhood too!

The house was very clean and in a great location. Plenty of things to do close by including beaches and restaurants.

Very nice, house was very clean. We had one issue the first day we arrived but Del-Mar handled that very quickly and professionally. Would rent this house again. One suggestion, bathrooms need towel racks.

AC window units in bedroom were ok in cooling rooms. Portable AC unit barely cooled main living area. Need better AC system to keep house cooled during hot temps

The property was amazing, the only thing i would request is more paper towels. Other than that the check in and out process was a breeze.

A golf weekend with old friends. The house was perfect. Updated, neat and clean. Plenty of beds for us. The game room and outdoor fire pit were the icing on the cake.

We booked this home for a family reunion with our adult children with a total of 7 adults.The house is lovely on the inside and out and was so welcoming and comfortable. The open layout of kitchen/dining/living room feels inviting and allows for everyone to feel together in all these spaces. Everything looks brand new inside and was impeccably clean. It's a beautiful space with nautical accents that give it the Cape Cod feel. The outdoor space is terrific as well with a really nice backyard, deck and fire pit. Finished basement has a fun game room. Bedrooms are all lovely with plenty of space. Location also great - 5 min drive to a lovely beach. Neighborhood was quiet and very pretty. Property managers were attentive and great to deal with. We would defintely return and highly recommend.

we loved brewster! we thoroughly enjoyed the surrounding area: the beaches, the local restuarants, and the convenient location within the cape! the house was a perfect fit for four kids (11-20) & two adults. plenty of space both indoors & outdoors for everyone. it was updated, clean, had all of the necessities for cooking great meals (in the kitchen or on the BBQ), enjoying the firepit & doing laundry. they even had cable access, but we spent more time playing games & were barely on it.

The neighborhood was excellent and had some interaction with the next door neighbors who were very welcoming. We were close to several nice beaches and took advantage of all the area had to offer. Would return again in the future.
