It was very clean and accommodating.Loved the extra towels and beach accessories in the garage.Liked the neighborhood and the sunroom with games.Front porch was great.Just wish there was more then one tv.

This was our second straight year vacationing at this property. Home, amenities, and location is perfect for us. Only issue was the lack of follow through by VACASA Customer Service. We reported an issue on day two of our stay, and heard nothing from Vacasa Staff. On day four I asked for an update on the issue and was first told they would get the local team to take care of it right away. Then was told the issue was not something they provided. The house was advertised with a gas grill for cooking. We arrived to an EMPTY gas cylinder. Was told a second time we will get that taken care of right away. 7 days later still no gas cylinder and nothing from VACASA.

This home was a good fit to meet our family's needs. We had a total of 6 guests which included 4 adults and 2 teens. The size of the house was fine, but would have felt tight if we had anymore people there. We liked the quiet neighborhood but being within a few minutes drive to the bustling Bethany boardwalk and other areas of town. We appreciated having some beach gear available for use, especially a cart. The community pool was really nice and enjoyable. Overall, the house is nothing fancy, but just right. Could use a few minor updates/general upkeep but we had a nice time, nonetheless.

This was a nice home located in a quiet neighborhood near beaches, restaurants, etc. it was equipped with almost you would need for a beach stay. The community pool and tennis courts were an added bonus! We would definitely stay here again.

The place was clean and well equipped… We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the beach. The only thing I wish I knew ahead of time was that we should have brought bugs spray but that’s not something that the owner can control. There was just a lot of mosquitoes and flies outback But it was still an amazing vacation spot. I would highly recommend to anybody.

This house worked well for our stay with our teenager and my elderly parents. There are two rooms with queen-sized beds, but only one of them is the master. It is much nicer than the other. Room with four beds was great for our one teenager but would have been very crowded with four people. House can technically accommodate 12 people, but more than six would be crowded. Also, rugs would help it not to be so echos. Very easy to hear others. Front porch is awesome.
