You'll be booking an entire 2 bed 2 bath home, recently renovated and decorated for comfort and convenience. It is bright, clean, cute, and a quiet oasis in a vibrant Denver neighborhood.

The home has been furnished and stocked by a well-traveled digital nomad based in Denver, so lots of thought and lessons from experience have gone into making a comfortable space that is ideal for working, living, relaxing, and exploring while in Denver.

Your Sunnyside home includes:
-Fully-equipped kitchen complete with all the necessary appliances and cookware (plus some!!) to whip up a home-cooked meal

The Sunnyside neighborhood is one of the best in Denver with lots of history, charm, active businesses, and caring neighbors. Walk to nearby locally owned restaurants, boutique stores, gyms, salons, unique bars for every mood, and coffee shops. Borders more walkable neighborhoods (Highlands and LoHi). Quick easy access to Downtown Denver by car or bike, hospitals, convention centers, and highways to quickly be on your way to the mountains.

High speed wifi - fiber internet perfect for working from home. Desk and office chair located in one of the bedrooms. The dining room, sofa, breakfast bar, and back patio are also great spots to work from (according to me, your host, Erin, a digital nomad)

Private fenced-in backyard (especially large for Denver) has a grass area and a few landscaped rock areas, several Catalpa trees, a small deck right outside the living room french doors, a table with umbrella and 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers, a grill.
