Clean Cozy Cottage Ideally Located

2nd time renting this house to visit family in area. Great location and amenities!

The property is very convenient super clean. Well appointed kitchen was well stocked couches were very comfortable. Beds were extremely comfortable. Very nice TVs in each room. If there was only one Cohn, I would say it was slightly weird that they left their clothes in some of the drawers in the dresser And their shoes by the front door. It felt like they could be coming back. Nobody did there were no issues nobody bothered us, but that component was just a little strange. Other than that I would rent the house again in a second. It was a fantastic experience. Bathrooms are comfortable water pressure was great.

We loved the neighborhood and the house was very nice the only problem we had was the grass in the back yard was really high and needed cut. But all in all it was a great house for what we needed

It was very clean. Awesome place to stay. It was quiet and close to shopping and going out to eat. Nice to sit outside and relax.

This house was perfect for our family of five. Plenty of room for everyone and very well kept. A great living room for us all to spend time together. The host has thought of everything and the property is in a great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was clean, welcoming and central to everywhere we needed to be near Augusta. Communication with the owner was clear and timely. He graciously worked with us thru a very awkward situation we encountered. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Great property! This is our 2nd time staying at this house, it is a beautiful house and close to our son’s family! We were here celebrating our grandsons 2nd birthday.

Everything you could want in a place near Evans or Augusta!

The Cozy Cottage was comfortable and well equipped. The set up was nice with a large kitchen area and the bedrooms were separated for privacy. The outside patio was pleasant.
