Stayed Jun 10, 2022We liked the location and price. Courtney, the owner, was super responsive, organized, and patient. The neighborhood is a bit questionable.

Stayed Apr 24, 2022We stayed here for a work conference and it was perfect. A cheep Uber to and from downtown. We also had a rental and plenty of parking in the rear. House was clean and well updated for our needs.

Stayed Aug 14, 2021This location is very close and convenient to downtown Indy. It was spacious and clean. The area of town was a bit questionable.

Stayed Jan 8, 2020Courtney was great with communication. Had a small issue with the wireless internet but she took care of it right away. House was perfect for what we needed. Neighborhood is interesting.
