Clean & Comfortable - Walk to Downtown Greenville - Premier Host - Free Parking

We had an amazing stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in easy. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We were able to walk to and from downtown easily which made enjoying Greenville a breeze! The home was beautiful and very comfortable. All of us had plenty of room to get away from one another when we needed to and we could all come together in the family room and kitchen. The kids enjoyed the outdoor balcony and having their own TV to watch, which made the parents happy to!

Excellent property for our first visit to Greenville! Walking distance to downtown and the owners were very attentive! Property description was spot on and despite being a townhome, it was very quiet and relaxing! We highly recommend!!

Clean, well stocked, easy instructions for check in and check out.Great location -- close to downtown, but far enough away that parking/traffic was a breeze for days when we were just heading to a nearby sports event.We'd love to stay again if back in the area, thanks for having us!

Property was excellent, a newly constructed 3-story townhome that was nicely furnished and clean. We really appreciate the no pet policy! Great central location to explore the area. Quiet and respectful neighbors. Would definitely stay again in future.

Best communication out of any vrbo property we've ever stayed. Ralph checked on us daily. The place was great and had everything we needed. The location was safe and near downtown as advertised. The beds were super comfortable to us. I will forewarn anyone that there are some steps to the unit but they were a minor inconvenience for us however, it may not be for someone recovering from an injury or an elderly person. Nice welcome card and a welcome book awaited us when we arrived. 5 star stay and will consider for the future as we frequent the Greenville area often! Best wishes.....

We know Greenville very well and decided to take a break from the hotel scene. This is a great property in a very convenient location to all the city has to offer. Wonderful experience all around.

The weekend had some surprises as Hurricane Helene rolled in on Thursday night. Ralph, the premier host, absolutely made sure we had an easy check in process plus more important he continued to communicate with me during the weekend as conditions worsen. The accomendations were a hit and made the weekend! We had a fun but stormy weekend. I highly recommend this place for your next stay in the Greenville area

We had a wonderful stay at this very nice townhome within walking distance to DT Greenville. It was very well stocked, clean and was exactly what the pictures portrayed. Ralph was easy to deal with and checkin was a breeze. Would highly recommend!!

Photos and description are accurate! This was a beautiful comfortable and convenient place to stay! Beds were comfy, all the amenities were great, and the host's attention to detail - couldn't be happier! This townhome is VERY close to everything in downtown Greenville, and we even found it very convenient to access major roadways for day trips we took to Lake Keowee, Hendersonville, etc. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you hosts for a great stay! We returned home to Central Florida with a smile!

I cannot recommend this property and these owners enough! Ralph and Carrie created a beautiful, well appointed home in a fantastic location. The townhome was clean, fresh, stylish, and comfortable--all rooms were fully stocked with quality materials and appliances. My sisters and I enjoyed the living room, kitchen, and balcony during our visit. The furniture and decor were beautifully done, and the kitchen was outfitted with high quality utensils/tableware/etc. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean, spacious, and lovely. The location is perfect because it's under 10 minutes to downtown but SO quiet--we never heard a neighbor or traffic. Parking was easy and close. Ralph and Carrie were great about messaging us to check in and make sure we were enjoying ourselves and had everything we needed. I could not have asked for anything better!

We had a quick trip to Greenville with our kids, this condo was close to town. It had everything we needed, and the host was excellent keeping in touch with us! We’d stay here again!

My family and I recently stayed 3 nights and had a great experience. Ralph was helpful and easy to communicate with. The rental was close to all of our downtown activities and very well put together. There was helpful information set out for us when we arrived and the property had any item we could have needed. I would definitely recommend this rental for anyone looking for a modern, clean and conveniently located stay in Greenville!
