It was a five star experience in every regard! Flawless! The kitchen was fully stocked with every possible utensil and pan. The medicine cabinet had all sorts of sprays for sunburn, Band-Aids, bandages, etc.. Linens and towels were supplied. The entire property was extremely well-maintained. We will return.

This property was exactly as described. We loved everything about it. Incredibly well furnished with lots of separate comfortable spaces for hanging out together and separately. Specifically, the basement game room/movie theater was incredible. We've stayed at lots of rental properties on the Cape and around the world. This was simply the best supplied house we've seen. Thoughtful and generous. We couldn't recommend it more highly.

This is our 4th year staying here. It feels like coming home. The house is clean and filled with everything we need. We love the game room in the basement and all of the lawn games in the shed. The hosts are amazing. We’ll be back next year!

This is our 3rd year booking this rental. We love the house, and the location is great. The house is beyond clean with tons of beach stuff to use. The renter is great, friendly and has great communication. The hkuse is perfect in every way. We already cant wait until next year.

Choosing this house officially made me a hero. As soon as we arrived, the kids forgot the long, heavy-traffic trip and were delighted. Our 3-generation group of 8 loved having comfortable space to spread out, both indoors and out. There is a yard for the kids and the deck often has shade - a lovely place to relax. The house was super clean and has everything, including a well-equipped kitchen, games, and night lights just where you need them. The location is great: quiet and peaceful but close to many activities. My grandson marveled that I found a house so close to everything! We all hope to return next year!

Our week at Laura's Vacation home in Harwich was enjoyable for our family and our childrens' friends who visited at the later half of our week's stay.Laura has put much thought in making the stay at her house comfortable as her kitchen was well stocked. Laura provided sheets which was a plus for us as we had to bring our own sheets in the past at other vacation homes. She also had games enjoyable for kids young and old including bikes to ride on the Cape Cod trail but would need to drive to the the nearest Trail parking lot located around a couple of miles away. Also, the house was in a central location for us as Chatham,and Harwich Port was nearby and the beaches we liked to visit such as Nauset and Red River Beaches were fairly close. (15 minute Drive)

This rental was amazing!! Everything as described and I felt it was even better in person. Communication was prompt, was given check in info prior to arrival. I loved the movie theater room, game room and bar area in the basement. It really had a cozy feel and was excellent for letting kids play and having a movie night. A major bonus was the access to beach chairs, towels, and other beach items. My parents flew from out of town so this really made the trip much easier. Other perks: Grocery store a mile away, great sheets and mattress was nice, kids room was perfect and master with private bath was nice, heated outdoor shower for rinsing sand off was great, nice outdoor patio and access to a grill was useful. Nice residential neighborhood, low foot traffic and no noise to mention. The biggest thing that stood out to us was this rental was CLEAN. I give kudos to the owner and the cleaning company. It is 1970's home but inside looks like it was built just a few years ago. Very well taken care of. We have stayed at other rentals and the cleaning is subpar or it is clean but the home looks tired. This is probably the cleanest family home we have rented. Thank you for a great stay!!

On Cape for son's wedding! Stayed in Harwich to be near venue @ Wequasset Resort and were 4 minutes away.The house was cozy with plenty of space, a well stocked kitchen and great deck. All beds were super comfy and everything sparkled in bathrooms-perfect rental. Thank you!

We loved this unit! The house was the most well stocked rental we have ever visited. The owner was very communicative. We enjoyed the theater room and all of the games and sports equipment. We hope to return to Cape Cod and definitely stay in this home again.

The house was very nice and very clean. There was everything we needed.

We booked this vacation off season so unfortunately, we were not able to partake in all the house and area have to offer. Having said that, the home is well appointed and has anything you should need to keep a whole family busy for a cold winter or rainy summer day. Though it is in a quiet, out of the way part of town it is well situated for the beaches, highway and shopping. This home is the one I will choose to come back too - especially in the summer!David & Carolyn

This location was fantastic! The house was fully stocked with all the equipment needed for a fantastic cape weekend with thoughtful touches such as the lobster pot and various beach toys. We also found ourselves nearby everything as we were central cape and the house served as a great base camp. Highly recommend for any families or adult groups looking to spend a perfect cape weekend! We even locked ourselves out briefly and Laura was quick to deploy a solution.

Our stay was awesome! The house and owners were amazing! So clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely rent this house again!

The house was very clean, supplied with all kitchen pots paper towels, dish towels, pans and private back yard for meals. It was very easy to use the sheets and towels supplied and just put in a bag for the owner to clean when leaving. Also, well supplied 2 recycle containers and no need to move the garbage/recycle bins for pick up. Nauset beach is great for adults and there is no traffic to get to the beach and plenty of parking. I wish the upstairs tv was a smart tv.

We were a party of six with two little ones. Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen had everything you need. Beds very comfortable and bathrooms had plenty of towels. Great outdoor shower. Close to shopping and beaches. We would definitely stay again.

This is a great place to stay. Well maintained and lots of room in the basement and the backyard for the kids to play.
