Stayed Jul 5, 2025Tammy and Mark were wonderful hosts. Everything was communicated clearly and promptly. The cottage was clean, modern, and updated with new appliances having a patio and grill added to the lovely experience as we could chill out after a day at the beach. The location was perfect as it was a Seven minute walk from the cottage to a great spot at the beach, close to the bathhouse and all of the fun things along the boardwalk. Also, the street location is very convenient to arriving and leaving without having to circle through all of the one-way streets in the area. There is also a municipal parking lot very close to the cottage, which came in handy when friends and family from the region came to visit these are a plus host who take an immense amount of pride in the cottage. 10/10

Stayed Jun 21, 2025We stayed for a week and we have a 2.5 year old and a 1 year old. This place was perfect in every way. It was clean and comfortable just like the listing. It’s a short walk to the beach but set back enough that it’s not too noisy. We had an amazing time and will be back!

Stayed Jul 27, 2024Great location. It's a 5 minute straight shot walk to the central area at the beach. The house was clean and a really nice place to stay. The wifi was decent. Not super strong, but we were there for the beach anyway. My teens felt the bunk bed mattresses were a little thin so we ran to Target to get some cheap foam mattress pads which fixed it. The queen bed was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed. The air conditioners were greatly appreciated, especially when it hit above 90 degrees. We were very comfortable and loved having this home base for our vacation.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023As soon as we opened the front door, we knew we were staying at a quality rental. The owners were always accessible to help with any questions or concerns. The place was extremely clean and updated and the location to the main beach was perfect. Extremely satisfied and will definitely rent again.
