Stayed Feb 13, 2026The minute we drove up the lights were on in the house, instructions were simple and they delivered the information way ahead of time; we weren't curious if we were going to get them. The house was extremely clean the pool light was on to light up the backyard, and we had tons of space. It really was a great place for Fredericksburg.

Stayed Oct 24, 2025This house was beautiful and had plenty of room for 4 couples. If you have elderly people in your party, they do need to be careful of stepdowns throughout the house. The backyard is gorgeous, however, the outside furniture did need a little cleaning. Overall, this house is very comfortable and met all our of our needs. Thank you.

Stayed Oct 3, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities this house offered - from the pool to the fire pit to the game room to the spa to the large dining table that fit us all, even to the pecan trees! The house is a bit off the beaten path - nice if you're looking for peace and quiet away from the bustling downtown area.

Stayed Jun 9, 2025Lovely split bedroom arrangement was great for our family. They had a well stocked kitchen and plenty of room for all 10 of us. Great playroom out back - we didn’t really get to use it bc of the heat, but we loved the pool.
