Stayed May 18, 2023Clean and spacious, have stayed in the broad marsh community many times and it's always a quick and easy process...the house was ready early and check in was 5 minutes. There was a random pair of flip flops near the front door but other than that it's a great property.

Stayed Aug 27, 2020Awesome property slightly out of the main drag so beach not overly crowded and your on and off the bridge very easily. Everything within walking distance and the property was clean, spacious and well setup for a group. Would definitely book again for future needs.
