Stayed Mar 5, 2024Only complaint would be we couldn’t get very good cell phone reception at times. We are with Verizon so maybe that is why?? Otherwise great property!

Stayed Feb 1, 2024This property was just as described. It was very comfortable and had all the amenities needed to make our stay enjoyable. We loved the neighborhood and the ability to be able to hike right into Usery Park. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely book again.

Stayed Jun 24, 2022My family had a great time at this property. With 4 little kids, the property was great for them with the grass yard and gated pool. Everything was very well documented and marked to make it easy to understand the instructions and how to use the rental. The pool was great and the house worked very well with 4 bedrooms upstairs.

Stayed Feb 1, 2022My husband I rented the Boulder Mountain property for the month of February. Very quiet area, great walking/hiking outdoor activities. Listing is accurate description. Nice to be away from the busy areas of Mesa/Phoenix. Owners very responsive to inquiry and communicating if yard service, etc were expected. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jan 1, 2022We enjoyed our month long stay in Mesa! The neighborhood was very quiet and having the pool was wonderful!! Jim and Jan were very quick to respond to any questions that we had! The hiking in Usery Park was great - there were all kinds of trails - from easy to hard! We plan on trying to stay there again!

Stayed Jun 26, 2021Jim and Jan were extremely transparent and helpful. The home and pool were large and well maintained. We worked remotely for a month and had no issues with wifi as well as plenty of space to spread out. The neighborhood is very quiet. Great stay.
