A covered patio greets you at the front of the home -- one of the many nooks this home boasts to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. As you walk throughthe front door, the calm neutrals with pops of Floridian charm will welcome you. The large comfy sectional is a great spot to relax with your family. The kitchen and dining area all share this open concept space. There is dining seating for 6 at the table and 2 spots at the kitchen peninsula. There's even an extra table at the front of the home that can be used as additional dining space or the perfect table for a game night!

The kitchen is bright and white and ready for the chef in your group. Whip up some amazing gourmet meals or simply dole out the family's takeout from any of the wonderful nearby restaurants. Pizza Mexican Italian All within walking distance!

Head out to the backyard for an additional dining space, a covered seating area, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand before heading in for the evening!

Beach Access:
1.) Head out the subdivision and cross 30A.
2.) Turn right onto the walking path -- take it down a few feet past The Palms to your beach access, labelled Pelayo.

Make your way just down 30A to the beach access and you'll have your toes in the sand within minutes.

Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. The coastal villages of Seaside, Grayton, and WaterColor lie within a mile or two to the West, while Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and WaterSound lie a few miles East. An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
