Stayed Sep 5, 2025Overall good experience. Finding the key was bit of a challenge initially. I was looking for a key pad type situation. Friends said not enough supplies like paper towels, needed better cookware etc., little things like that, so nothing major.

Stayed Apr 14, 2025Our stay at Gardenia for spring break was exactly what we needed. The house was clean, comfortable and very well-appointed. The kids loved the ping pong table on the ground floor! Although not directly on the water, the house was truly just steps away from the public beach access (which felt more like a private beach). We used local company Seaside Chairs & Umbrella to set up a tent and chairs each morning and I highly recommend them - it was such a relief to crest the dune each day and see our chairs already there, so we could start our beach day right away. It was a wonderful trip, and we would absolutely come back for another stay.

Stayed Feb 14, 2025We enjoyed our stay! Prime location at the North end of the island. The home is a quick walk to the beach and a stones throw to the creek. The home is very cozy and welcoming.

Stayed May 23, 2024The house was absolutely perfect for our family to stay at for a long weekend! Amazing proximity to the beach and to all things we needed off the island.
