Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage was exactly like we expected. Everything was clean. Only wish that there were a few more towels and more toilet paper. The grounds were beautiful. Maintenance showed up within minutes when we had a minor issue. Perfect location to get everywhere we wanted to go. Only the rain kept us from enjoying the pool.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were pleased with our stay, but would rent a different unit. The cottage sleeps eight people but only has a small couch that seats three in the living room area. I wasn't aware that we were to provide all the bathroom amenities, including needing to wash our towel every night in order to have clean ones for in the morning. When we arrived there wasn't enough toilet paper to get through the first day and only enough towels for three of us. When I called I was told that the rental was like an Air BNB and that we were to provide for ourselves. She did finally have someone bring at least one towel per guest. The cottage was clean and the property is well maintained and in a good location. I would stay at the Margaritaville resort again but most likely rent through someone else. No one wants to spend their Christmas family vacation worrying about running to the store and doing laundry daily.

Excellent location, the whole family loved it here and the shuttle was so convenient for our teens to do their own thing when they wanted. Everything in the house was very clean except for the floors, they are the color and texture that will always look clean. Within minutes of walking barefoot on these floors our feet were disgustingly black.

Many of the amenities in the kitchen were missing when we checked in i.e. no coffee maker, no hot pads (so we could remove food from the oven safely) etc. Management corrected the problems when we discovered them but I think a lot of these items should be present before we arrive. No towel racks in the master bath was annoying. For a 3 bedroom place I expected more furniture in the living room than just one sofa, we had to drag chairs from the kitchen to provide more seating.

We requested to have our bed linen changed when we arrived as it appeared to be makeup on the comforter. My family and I stayed for 4 nights and each day and night we experienced a power outage in several rooms upstairs. It was an issue with a bad breaker. I was told an electrician would be by to fix the issue. The issue was never fixed. Someone from maintenance would come by to flip the breaker but the very next morning power would be out again. The resort was beautiful. Had it not been for the electrical issue, our stay would have been perfect.
