Stayed May 10, 2024The location was great although not walkable to downtown. House was clean and tidy. No coffee but the worst part was the bed! So hard and uncomfortable!

Stayed Sep 19, 2025Overall the stay was excellent. The house was clean. The check in process was great. Communication was great. The one downfall is the mattress in the guest bedroom is horribly uncomfortable.

Stayed Jul 14, 2025Cute home in Sandpoint, close to everything in town. Home is set up so you could have 6 people stay there if needed. I used it as a longer stay & enjoyed home, hot tub, & location of home. I did have to contact management with a couple questions and they got back to me fast & remedied my questions/concerns. I would definitely there again.

Stayed Jun 29, 2025This was a perfect place to relax every evening after our activities in Sandpoint. It was super clean and neat with new modern amenities. Everything worked well. We enjoyed the neighborhood. Easy to open the door and easy to check out.

The kitchen was fully stocked with amenities (pans, plates, silverware, glassware, salt, pepper, coffee, etc) The bathroom had everything we needed for 4 guests as well! It’s modern. It’s clean. It’s close to town. I will agree with the other reviews, that the mattresses are extremely firm! We will stay here again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house was in a good location and quiet. It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. My only suggestion is that they put foam toppers on their beds as they are extremely firm and uncomfortable.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The home was a great basecamp for a ski getaway for our family of four. The hot tub was a nice perk. It's a nice location - close to town and an easy drive up to Schweitzer.
