Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my second stay using this rental as a base camp for hunting. Just as the first time, it worked out well. Good location to access public lands for hiking, biking, ATV, wildlife watching fishing or hunting. Cabin is comfortable, clean and has all the amenities needed. VRC management company (Amanda, Heidi) were quick to respond the couple times I reached out.

Absolutely loved our stay! Everything was exactly as listed! Comfortable bedrooms, spacious bathroom (excellent shower), WELL stocked kitchen, and amazing views!! Absolutely will come back again!

We prepared several meals and delighted in the kitchen, with high-quality pots/pans and knives. The toaster-oven-airfryer worked well. Having 2 bathrooms was very important for our group. The location was perfect for going to performances in Creede and hiking.

Close enough to Creede for all of that but far enough out to be great. Home was clean and well stocked. No a/c, like most of Colo, some fans would be nice for the early evenings. It says open the windows but almost all of the main floor is picture windows. Beds are comfortable. If you have little ones, the stairs arent steep but they have no spindles. We had a 3 yr old with our group and had to be very careful. Everything else was great. The river runs right down by the house with great shore fishing or wade in, raft launch. We were VERY happy with this place!

Everything was as described, only complaint was that the bbq grill did not work ?, but nice property !

Wished we could have stayed longer....so much to see and do. Mid-Sept and colors were not at peak, but still beautiful ?. Cabin had everything we needed. Only two cons: 1)Heater took all night to warm the cabin but then stayed warm despite temps in the '30s. 2) Showers not great. Upstairs BR had slanted roof so no standing, only tub with sprayer. Downstairs bathroom had claw foot tub with shower head but only curtain around it. But plenty of hot water.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this cabin because they advertise that we could ride are UTV directly from this location. We were located approximately 6 miles west of Creed. you can ride from this locations ‘’Legally” to Creede on designated trail along Highway 149 to the outskirts of town. We ride all the trails behind Creede like bachelors loop etc. We experienced all the roads and trails directly behind us and along the Rio Grande river . From are front porch you can see Bristol head. Very satisfied with the cabin amenities and location.

Overall what expected. Need an outdoor fish cleaning table and garden hose. Also exterior windows very dirty. But all in all a nice place

Would likely stay again, but too many emails/texts about the stay and only 2 small trash bags provided.

The property was extremely nice. Very well stocked with everything you would need. We lived sitting on the porch at night enjoying the view.
