Great hideout for a stay in Wellfleet, and a great HQ for outer-cape adventures. This would be my ideal kind of spot to buy, as it was a fantastic cottage option for a small family like ours. Everything was clean, and the communications were great. A fine spot to unwind after eating too many oysters and walking the beach.

Excellent stay & nicely pointed house. We really enjoyed the area of town. Normally we stay in South Wellfleet & what a nice change to be closer to the downtown area. Delmar management did a great job of taking care of any needs. Thanks for a great vacation.

We adore Wellfleet and have been visiting annually for almost 20 years! House was clean and comfortable. The only thing that we struggled with was hot water. There was only enough for one shower at a time, which is tough when transitioning from the beach to dinner.

The house was very nice for us--myself and my adult daughter and her dog. Nice layout and good location. There were a few things you could add to your kitchen supplies--garlic press, more and different size glasses, scissors, a better dish strainer, some cleaning supplies besides one sponge and dishliquid. You might want to sharpen your knives too! Very dull. But these are just suggestions to make a lovely stay even more lovely. Thank you!

The location of the house was perfect for us- very convenient. The house was very clean , organized and decorated nicely and everything was easy to find.

Very nice dog friendly property, well kept, cozy, in beautiful Wellfleet. We wanted a quiet relaxing off-season week on the Outer Cape, got just what we wanted. Rental team was accommodating and helpful. Just a very nice week in this nice cozy house.

While touring the east coast over two weeks, the 3 days we stayed here turned out to be a calm I did not know I needed. Great neighborhood very close to shops and food. Look forward to a stay there in the future.

Very clean rental with a really comfortable bed. Perfect walking distance to the Oysterfest and close to great restaurants. Best part was they allowed dogs and my dog was very happy to be with us.

House and furnishings were immaculately clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to town, dock and waterfront areas. Great to sit outside on shady front porch or at patio table. But there are very steep open steps to front door and uneven unpaved paths to driveway on both sides of house. Kitchen door single step was oddly steep. Senior medium-size dog had trouble getting in and out of house.
