Located on a quiet dead-end street, this 2,150 square foot home is just 175 yards from Linnell Landing Beach on Cape Cod Bay! Bike the Cape Cod Rail Trail -- you can hop on at Deer Road, just half a mile from your rental. Explore the trails and kettle ponds of Nickerson State Park, also within walking distance. You’ll find plenty of shopping and dining options in walkable Brewster.

Inside, the spacious living area is appointed with a smart TV for comfortable lounging. Plan the day’s adventures in the office, outfitted with a writing desk and printer. For something more mellow, grab one of the many books in the home and catch up on some reading. Prepare tasty meals in the roomy, full kitchen, featuring a full suite of appliances as the kids frolic in the large yard.

Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco on the main patio, or relax in the Adirondack rockers on the side patio as you gaze out towards the water. Your retreat also includes a convenient outdoor shower for washing off that loose beach sand.

No steps are required to access this two-story home; however the stairs to the second-floor bedrooms are narrow and steep.
The fireplaces in the living room and office are not operational.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    This was the perfect off-season Cape Cod location. Very quiet, on a deadend road leading to Linnell Landing Public Beach. The house and amenities were exactly as pictured. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. Easy proximity to the bike trail was a plus. We would definitely repeat our visit to this charming property.

    The home was lovely, immaculate and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone. We really liked the very short walk to the beach. All in all we would absolutely stay there again.

    The home is a rambling, lovable Cape Cod classic, located about 100 yards from an uncrowded Bay beach. Fully equipped with every vacation requirement, spotlessly clean, and ideally located for a family Cape experience! Very steep stairways to the upper floor, where there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. Main bedside on first floor with en suite bathroom. Outdoor shower for rinsing off that beach sand! toNickerson State Park is just across the main road, with hiking trails, freshwater pond beaches, kayaking, etc. Fun for the whole family!

    Cape Landing Cottage was everything we had hoped for. So close to the beach that we walked down with our coffee each morning and with our camera in the evening for spectacular sunsets. Biking was our priority and we did so right from the house each day to use the Cape bike trail and the Nickerson bike trails. The comfort of the furnishings of the home, both indoors and out exceeded our expectations. Planning to return here again!

    We liked the spacious layout of the rooms to accommodate three generations. As the grandparents, we were happy to have the ground floor master bedroom and bathroom, which was also available to the other guests with a separate door for the toilet. Upstairs was our daughter and family. Good AC units throughout the house and plenty of windows kept everyone comfortable. The stairs to the second floor were challenging for our 3 year old grandson, so an adult was needed for the journey. Location was ideal for our needs. The Brewster mudflats at low tide are exceptional, a 3 minute walk from the house.

    We’ve been staying at Linger Longer for 35 years and this property is right get across the street and has great views and lots of space for us to share with another family. Hope to come back soon.
