Classic and comfortable condo with pool, hot tub, & tennis

No fan in a very hot second bedroom even with ac room was hot. liked location quiet beautiful serene atmosphere.

The condo was ok and nicely decorated. It was clean and on the golf course but you do look into a hillside. I had several issues with kitchen blinds that didn't function and a poorly functioning garage door which ultimately broke all the way and was stuck in the up position. I had to talk to someone from Vacasa in Central America about the issues. The first two issues no one attended to, but I was adamant about the garage door since the owner's bikes were in the garage. Really annoying and I don't want to spend time on this stuff on MY vacation.

We struggled with the check in process because although I booked through VRBO we were redirected to Vacasa and had to download a different app in order to communicate with our property manager. A few nights in the AC went out. It took a day and a half to get it addressed but was addressed. The property itself was simple and clean and met our needs for the purpose of the trip.

We all enjoyed our stay. It was just what we were looking for

We have stayed multiple times in this condo and would rent it again when it is available.

The condo is in a great location with a great patio adjacent to the golf course. Comfortable beds and kitchen well stocked with pots/pans/dishes. My only concern was the cleanliness of the condo. While surface clean, I felt that it needed a deep cleaning, especially the flooring. We were there for 6 weeks and had two minor issues that were taken care of promptly.

This is the second time we have had the opportunity to stay at this condo. Will try for a third.

Property was good and mostly clean but did lack basic supplies of toilet paper, toiletries, basic cooking supplies like measuring spoons, cups, etc. We had to go out to buy toilet paper first night. We communicated those concerns but no one came and gave us needed supplies. The site states those will be supplied at least initially so disappointing that they were not. Hot water also did not last long.

We enjoyed our stay here again. This is our second time staying here and we were again impressed with how clean, comfortable and well decorated the place is. We had a small issue with a door being locked keeping us out of the master bath, but was quickly and efficiently dealt with. Very responsive. Would recommend any Vacasa Propoerties, as they are very attentive and provide a very high level of service and response.

We have stayed in this development before and love it. It is a wonderful location.
