Guest Access:

One car garage. One outside space uncovered to the Right of the garage. Narrow driveway, Little turn-around space, no street parking- no blocking driveway or neighboring garage.

A code will be provided to access the home. Parking is available in the garage. Guests will have access to the entire home, appliances, and amenities mentioned above. Mail - If you plan on receiving any mail or packages during your stay, please have it sent to the nearest USPS office. We are not able to coordinate mail or packages at this unit.

Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.



Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.



Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.

    Really enjoyed the home and all the details that made it special. The nice wine and the whiskey ice cubes along with the well appointed kitchen and games were appreciated! The living room and dining space was a really good size with plenty of seating. We had a toddler with us so we had to put all the pretty decorative items out of reach and barricade the stairs with chairs but that’s just life with a 15 month old! Our host was responsive and helpful. It might be helpful to note that the outdoor space is nice but it is not enclosed. We would stay here again!

    Had a wonderful time together. Perfectly clean and well stocked with extra things like spices etc...Plenty of seating for the 6 of us and super comfy beds as well. We've rented in Fayetteville regularly and this one will be a repeat.
