‘Clara’ Just Off I-75! 2 Full Bedrooms!

Stayed with a friend for a convention. The house was clean and comfortable

Stay was nice! It is an older home and needs a few repairs! Toilet seat would slide around every time you went to the potty. Could use anti slip strips in tub, it was very slick. Needs a little more lights and lower mirrors. I’m a short person and had to use mirror in kitchen! Needs an extra hand towel or two and a dish towel as well.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. As we approached the property the trees in the front yard blocked the view of the house(duplex). The yard was not mowed. There were 20 to 30 cars parked along the street. There is no driveway or sidewalk up to the front door.We went around to the side and found an old wooden fence. I went in and found a dirty bowl on the concrete pad entry. I went back around to the front to make sure it was the correct address. At that point my wife and our handicapped friend said they would not stay. We left.

Nice location for what we needed. Easy check in. Older unit with character.

Nice location. Cute place. Definitely could have been a little cleaner. Grass and weeds were high. It also says sleeps 5. We only had 4 but two people slept separate and there were no extra blankets or pillows. Just what was on the beds. Also 4 people 2 nights and not enough towels and washcloths left. It wasn’t bad by no means but definitely could use some repairs and a little extra care. We would still stay again because the price was fair for what you get.

The place was clean and secure ….furniture was dated couches, dining table……. .beds very comfortable Very good for price fyi is a duplex property so you have close neighbors…4 stars

The propery was VERY clean, located optimally, and accomodated our needs.

Great stay for a work trip. Would recommend.

The house is wonderfully located in the Joyland area of Lexington. With a little bit of attention and a few upgrades inside, along with cleaning up the exterior, it would be an a stellar rental.

For some reason I was sent a scripted email that did not have the code to get in. We tried calling and calling and calling the property manager. They would not answer. It was an hour and a half past our check in time that they finally texted me back after I had sent 2 messages as well. Didn't offer any reimbursements. There were kid stickers on the wall which was strange. There was wax sticks laying in the bathroom which was gross! Under the couch was so dusty it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. They basic cleaning had been done just needs a little more

I would have liked a list of amenities to accompany the listing.
