House was clean and had what we needed. If you plan to cook much bring supplies, that have bare minimum. Also bring your own TP and trash bags. Other than that location is excellent.

Claim Jumper #16 was nice, except for a few minor issues. It’s in a great location and within walking distance to everything. We had to take quick showers because there was never enough hot water. We always love our visits to Red River.

The only reason I gave this townhouse 3 stars is because of the location. It's right next to the Lift House and an easy walk to anything in town. If not for that I would have given it just 1 star because of the lack of hot water. This is listed as sleeping 8 people (we had 6) and there was barely enough hot water for one person to take a shower. We had to wait 30 minutes between showers for the next person to have enough hot water and we were taking short showers because the hot water would start to run out, even for the first person who showered. We've stayed in many VRBO properties and never had this much trouble with the hot water. After a cold day of skiing nobody wants a cold shower. Also be aware that if you check in after the management office closes you'll have to go back the next day to finish paperwork.

Our family of 5 had a great stay in the Claim Jumper Townhouse. Very clean and comfortable. Close to everything (in fact, we never drove anywhere in town the entire week!). Highly recommend and would stay here again. We already booked again with same management company for a stay this Christmas break.

nice property, forgot to mention in other survey something that is needed. Washer and dryer, somwhere... or information on a washer and dryer to be used. We needed and was unable to find in the entire town of Red River.

Location was perfect! House was great! Hot water ran out quick, but we worked around it. Minor thing when you add all the house offered!

Great place and great location to skiing. Dishwasher was broken and there was not a washer and dryer. But great place all the same

The location was good and the dining room table was large enough for all of us to sit together (although a tight fit in the space). There was very limited hot water. When we asked the maintenance person he said out unit had a small water heater and to wait 25 minutes between showers to allow the water to get hot again. Not good in the winter ski condo that sleeps 8 . Donlt recommend this unit till they fix the water heater issue.

This is a very nice property. We had six adults and one child in our group, and we had plenty of room for everyone. The property is very conveniently located. It is close to the ski lifts, plus it is close to several restaurants and the grocery store. All are within easy walking distance. The property also has a kitchen with everything you would need if you want to cook in instead of going out. I would highly recommend this property.
