The house was very comfy fir my party of 5 girlfriends. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. Close to downtown Las Vegas but still far enough from the hustle and bustle of The Strip. Our highlight was definitely seeing The Eagles at the Sphere.

Property was exactly as advertised! Very clean, accessible, and luxurious. Our group consisted of 6 adults, one teenager, and two children, but it did not feel cramped at all. The pool/spa was very nice and easy to operate. The outdoor patio was nicely shaded and provided a nice escape to the Vegas heat. We all really did have a fantastic time and I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a cozy stay in Las Vegas off the strip!

Close to the city & Red Rock Canyon. The home was wonderful! We enjoyed the pool/spa & the quietness of the neighborhood. Plenty of space for our families…it had everything that we needed.

I have stayed in many rentals both US and Europe, and this property was the most well organized and comfortable one ever. Everything you could want in the kitchen and all cupboards LABLED! Brilliant and I dont know why no one else does this. The pool and spa were amazing and made the end of our vacation all we could have wished for. Host was responsive to all messages throughout the process. Cannot recommend this wonderful property high enough. Book it, you will not regret it.

Very large spacious place more room than we needed a great place for our family. It was a quiet neighborhood. Never even saw anybody else come out. The pool was spectacularly clean would definitely come back here.

Very clean. Very spacious. We loved the pool and hot tub and lounge chairs. Plenty of seating inside for eating and for lounging. Plenty of pool towels. Fully stocked kitchen. Nice to have a garage. Great communication with owner. We had a great time.

This was a very good property. My wife and I met our two older kids to watch them play Hockey and we got a couple rounds of Golf in. House was clean, beds were comfy, outdoor space with pool, spa and grill made our trip !

Super clean. Easy check in. Good neighborhood, great pool. A great house for families. Just a few things need changing. The mattresses on both top bunks are too tall for the bed frame. They come all the way up to the top of the roll bar. Mattresses need to be downsized or a roll extender should be added. Not suitable for younger children but probably safe for a teen or adult. The bunk room is actually a second story loft so something to consider if you if get nervous about that sort of thing with kids but it was safe. Also, the heating instruction for the spa and pool are very very confusing. Took us an entire day on and off to figure it out and my husband works in tech. It’s actually quite simple once you got it figured out but the directions are overly complicated. They definitely need to be rewritten and simplified. Also could use a few more blankets for the adult beds. Two bedrooms upstairs and a bunk loft. One bedroom downstairs which was great for the grandparents. But overall a great family spot. plenty of towels and dishes. they even had plastic dishes for the kids. Love that! Well maintained, quiet neighbor's, easy checkout. We would stay here again.

My sister passed away, Thanksgiving. My family and I were down attending her celebration of life. The house was very comfortable. The backyard tops this entire property. The patio, pool and hot tub were beautiful. The house was clean, the bedrooms were very nice too. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who would like a get away on the desert.

We paid for the spa to be heated but it was controlled from afar. Temperature in Vegas was unseasonably cold but only 1 blanket on property. When providing update to owner, I was told to be patient. Disappointed.

My family came to Summerlin to celebrate the 90th Birthday for my Aunt. The entire stay was amazing. The home is very beautiful and perfect for a birthday celebration. It was January so the weather didn't allow us to swim in the pool. When we come back, the pool will be a big hit for the entire family. Troy and Kristine are great hosts. Very easy to communicate with and they made sure our stay was amazing. We will be back for sure as the home is 5 minutes from my Aunt

Property is clean, pool and hot tub were beautiful. Very relaxing place to spend your down time in Vegas. Quite and comfortable. Owners gave good instructions and the home is well stocked for kitchen needs. Hoping to stay there again next time we are in Vegas. Can't go wrong with this home! I miss the sunshine and hot tub already!

We had a great stay! The home was very clean, you can tell they care about their guests. The pool and back yard were immaculate. It definitely felt like paradise. The loft area was HUGE with room for 4 in the bunk beds. Plenty of kitchen gadgets if you feel like cooking, lots of great restaurants around if you don't. I 100% recommend staying here. ifyou

It was perfect for our families. Kids loved the pool. Adults liked the space.

Most importantly - the beds are comfortable . House was clean but could use some dates. Be sure to take dishwasher pods and washing machine pods Backyard is very nice . Close to Red Rock Casino which we loved .

My family and I had a great stay. House is off the strip but a close Lyft ride to the stadium, Fremont and the strip. Pool was great. If travels call for it would definitely stay again.

A great place to stay in a quiet neighborhood with a short drive to the strip. The house was clean and very organized. The pool was refreshing in the extreme August heat.

This property is exactly what is described online! The owners are very receptive to any concerns we expressed. The pool was perfect for my family and the house itself was clean, roomy and fitted their needs perfectly! Would recommend to anyone in need of a perfect place to stay in Vegas that is off the strip but close enough to see the sights!
