Stayed Apr 3, 2025Clean place small, but nice. Lyft and uber dont recognize it as you can only access from alley so make sure to put in notes. Master bedroom needs blackout curtains for windows as there are street lights that shine right in all night.

Stayed Jun 14, 2024We enjoyed our time in this apartment and when we had a minor power outage, the owner was very quick and kind in his response. The neighborhood is transitioning and there's not much you can immediately walk to, but you are easily able to access so much of what Nashville provides. We were comfortable, easy in and easy out, and enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Stayed Jun 27, 2024the place was as described and as shown in the photos. The location is excellent for getting in and around Nashville. Ubers and grocery delivery were smooth and convenient as we didn't rent a car. The inside was clean and bright, the AC works great, and the rooftop deck is a nice plus. Our host was very responsiveness to requests and communication was easy. I would stay here again.
