Our home sits in one of Atlanta’s most historic and rapidly developing neighborhoods — a lively urban area filled with history, culture, and southern charm. Within a two‑mile radius, you’ll find eight major colleges and universities, including Georgia Tech, Clark Atlanta University, Morehouse College, and Spelman College, as well as some of the largest sports and conference venues in the Southeast.

The neighborhood blends long‑time residents, students, and travelers from around the world, creating an authentically urban energy with a friendly community feel. Our neighbors are welcoming and look out for one another and our guests.

As with any downtown area, you may occasionally see people experiencing homelessness or passing through, but most guests find it a vibrant, convenient, and secure location. You’ll also be close to MARTA (a 5‑minute walk), the BeltLine, Rodney Cook Sr. Park, and great local dining.

Sleeping arrangements:

Primary Bedroom: King bed with private deck — perfect for coffee or a nightcap.

Bedrooms 2 & 3: Each with a comfortable queen‑size bed.

Additional Sleep Space: Pull‑out twin sleeper for extra guests.

Kitchen:

Enjoy a full‑size, fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils, dishware, and appliances — perfect for group meals or extended stays. Check our digital guidebook for a complete list of available items.

Outdoor space:

Relax on the spacious deck or unwind in the fenced backyard — perfect for outdoor games, grilling, or evening hangouts.

Guest access:

Guests have full, private access to the entire home, including the driveway and backyard. 
Self check‑in via lockbox makes arrival easy and flexible.

Personal supplies: Please bring your own toiletries (toothbrush, shampoo, body wash, etc.) and pantry basics (oil, salt, pepper, coffee, etc.). lol

Smoking: Absolutely no smoking indoors. A $250 cleaning fee applies for standard violations. Any smoking‑related damage to furniture, walls, or property will result in additional repair/replacement fees and possible immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. Guests are welcome to smoke outside on the deck or patio using provided ashtrays.

Pets: No pets allowed. A $250 cleaning fee will apply for violations.

Parties or events: Unauthorized parties, gatherings, or disruptive events are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation without refund, plus any cleaning or damage fees required to restore the home.

Early check-in/late checkout/extended stays: May be available upon request and subject to availability for a small fee.
