Step outside to the private backyard, which features an outdoor dining area — ideal for an evening meal or a quiet morning coffee.

A sofa bed is available in the living area, extending the sleeping capacity to six guests.

Upstairs, there are two queen bedrooms on their own levels and two full bathrooms, including one ensuite. Both bathrooms are well appointed, with showers and standard amenities.

Laundry facilities are located within the property and include a washing machine, dryer, drying rack, and iron.

Guests have full access to the entire property, including the backyard dining area.

Entry is via a keypad at the front door — no key collection required. Your access code will be sent prior to arrival.

There is no dedicated parking at the property. Street parking is available on Lichfield Street and nearby streets.

Early check-in or late checkout may be available for $10/hour (up to 2 hours), subject to availability.

We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

Excessive rubbish left at check-out may result in an additional cleaning fee of $75.

Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
