Super cute house with amazing morning views! We had a great time over Memorial Day weekend. The place was very clean and organized. Check in was super easy and the house is located in a quiet area without the hustle and bustle of downtown traffic. Since I'm originally from AZ, I figured there may be some red ants outside which I'm allergic to so we just sprayed the sidewalk and no issues. The backyard could use some work but the BBQ is close to the porch so we were able to sit outside and BBQ. There was a really cool lookout area on the mountains above which we still don't know what it was but the views were stunning. And the host JJ was super helpful and responsive.

The location of this property is its stand out feature. The views from the front and back yards are out of this world! The proximity to multiple trailheads and to town is incredibly convenient. The property itself is not 5-star luxury. But the beds were comfortable and the showers hot. It was exactly what we needed!

The Cimarron House had everything we needed. Quiet area. We felt we were out in the middle of no where, but we were close to town. Communication with host was great. There were 5 of us and it was comfortable. We played cards in the living room every night and watched X-Files on the big screen TV. Great get-away!

The place was clean but could use some serious upkeep. The kitchen sink leaked. The furniture was old. The bath tub didn't plug for a bath. The backyard was basically overgrown weeds that were bush hogged and not picked up. And - we were charged a mystery fee that still has not been credited back. Will not use VRBO again because of this. VRBO's virtual assistant was worthless in helping and the owners diverted us back to VRBO.

Location was fantastic. Great views at sunrise/sunset. Only complaint is the house smelled like it had a dog in the house

It was a little less fancy, but perfect for what we needed. I love that. It was out from the city away and so you could see the beautiful mountains around you.

As pictured and described. Beautiful view. Very quite neighborhood and very close to shuttle stop with lots of opportunities for pics along the ride to town. Close to shopping and dining.

First impression of the house when we pulled up was not good at all. The inside of the house was fine and a good size for our group (3 sisters and a daughter). The water stains on the ceiling in the bathroom could be fixed and all the walls could use some fresh paint. Everything was clean. The location was great for what we had planned for our stay in Sedona.

Spent at least 45 minutes getting entry code which was not sent in a timely manner. Room with twin beds ( a trundle) did not have a window cooler and was not habitable. Air conditioning instructions were also not sent in a timely manner. Place was clean, only one bug.. Not very homey. Wouldn't book this place again.
