Cimarron #4 - walk to base, winter ski shuttle, private deck spa, Mountain views!

We arrived on a Saturday by 4pm and started cooking chili right away. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. We did have issues with the coffee pots not working in the am but it was taken care of. It was easy to communicate with the manager. Our beds were comfortable but made of memory foam. I would've liked a more firm mattress. Our family members slept well. The snow was awesome but very cold and we had the shuttle take us to the center until 10am. Pick up at the transportation center was spotty. We loved the hot tub, the gas fireplace, heated floors, and ambiance of the Unit. They had games, colored pencils and coloring books available for the kids. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and hope to come back!

This house was perfect to accommodate the 10 of us for our ski trip to Steamboat. Very nice house, great location.

Better than expected! The condo is cozy yet room to spread out for 3 families. Lots of games hidden under bar for young ones. The video game table was used a lot by all. The kitchen was extremely well supplied and all appliances were top end. The first floor bedrooms are small but have nice baths attached. All floors have radiant heat which is wonderful. Hard to control heat but manageable. Hot tub very very nice. The queen bed under the bunk bed in first floor bedroom was not the best and the queen bed in other first floor bedroom was not the best and that room does not have wifi. All other rooms have wifi. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it highly.

We were celebrating a 3 way birthday with friends and this place was absolutely fantastic!! Totally surpassed our expectations!! Matt was great, communication was on point and the check in process was a breeze. The shuttle service was a game changer and super easy to use, and when we felt like walking to take in the views, is was only a 7 min walk or so to the lifts. We were all in agreement that we would love to stay here again on our next visit to steamboat!

Our family came to to celebrate my Dad's 70th birthday. The place was perfect for our families. The pool and hot tubs were great and used often! Thank you for helping us to make some amazing memories!

This unit has all the elements necessary to make a luxurious ski vacation. Beautiful high ceilings and a private hot tub make you feel like you are truly at a mountain lodge. The property manager John is extremely helpful and very quick to help with any issues that pop. Rent it if it’s available!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The owners have made sure that guests have everything they could need/want during vacation. We've stayed in many places throughout the Steamboat Ski area and this was by far the nicest. The home is within walking distance to the base but the shuttle also makes pick up and drop very convenient. We enjoyed the hot tub after our days out skiing and lots of movies by the fire. The kitchen is very well equipped. Everyone enjoyed the game table on the top level. The property manager was fantastic and always available when needed. We hope to return again soon.

Exceeded expectations! A wonderful time was had by all. Very comfortable for 8 adults.

We had an incredible week as a group of 10 (4 adults, 5 children) at this property. It is close enough to walk to the slopes and there's plenty of storage at the house for all your ski gear (plus dryers for boots and gloves!). Jon, the property manager, is very attentive and met us at the house upon arrival to acquaint us with the home and all its amenities. We can't wait to return!!
