I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Church Street house was perfect for our family of 9! There are beautiful, spacious bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms, as well. The house had literally everything we needed for cooking, recreation and relaxation. The location cannot be beat. We probably walked into down between 3 and 4 times a day for coffee, ice cream, the beach and dinner. Just a wonderful, cozy, delightful home.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 32 family members in the area for 7 nights. We had a wonderful time even though the weather was WAY hotter than we had hoped. I think it may be time to upgrade the pillows and mattresses. All 3 queens were uncomfortable. I would have been nice to have more than one hairdryer for 3 full bathrooms.

Stayed Jul 29, 2023This house is great for a family vacation in Harbor Springs. Tucked back in a quiet neighborhood yet a very short walk to downtown, beach, farmers market. It was beyond perfect! Definitely would stay here again.

We've been vacationing in HS for over 35 years and this house was great. Everything was updated for the most part. Great front porch and backyard. You don't need to bring a thing! The house has everything. It's in the best location, right in town. My kids loved walking to get coffee in the morning or walking home from the restaurants. Can't wait to go back.

Great house, well appointed, close to all the things we like. Front porch was a huge highlight and gathering place for all of us and our family during our stay. Will definitely will stay again. Front yard and flower boxes not as well maintained this year but overall great place and great stay.

The house is well laid out and well stocked with basic necessities plus a generous selection of cookware, dinnerware and barware. The home is updated but still many of its historic elements are incorporated in its design. We loved the home's proximity to town, its many porches for outside reading or relaxation and we made full use of the bonfire space in the backyard during the cold nights.
