The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. When we arrived, the AC wasn’t cooling properly. We contacted the host around 7:00 PM on a Friday—the hottest day of the year in RVA—and she immediately arranged for an AC technician. Remarkably, the tech arrived within 30 minutes and resolved the issue that evening. We really appreciated the quick action and dedication to guest comfort.

First i want to say that we really enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. This house was a believe it or not because its really nice and pet friendly. The neighborhood is nice but didnt really care to much for all the roundabouts. But for me overall this house was a 10 out of 10 for me and my husband, will stay here again.

Perfect for our family of five with three teens. I love the neighborhood. House wax clean and comfortable, just as advertised. We had excellent communication with the owner.

Beautiful house with a great location.

This house was very comfortable. We were 6 people w 2 teenagers. Having a TV in the bedrooms was great- no fighting over netfilx movies. We were in Richmond for graduation-VCU was very close and easy to get to. The neighborhood is cute and Honey Bee coffee was 2 min walk.

This house is so cozy and decorated with so much attention to detail. My family enjoyed a long weekend during a soccer tournament in Richmond. It was nice for us to have space to relax and to explore Richmond. I love the butterfly detail. Host was very responsive. Highly recommend.

It’s a very nice house, awesomely decorated with great convenience to Church Hill and downtown Richmond. Beds are super comfy and whole house makes you feel welcome and pampered. Fenced Back yard was wonderful for our two Rough Collies that travel with us everywhere.It’s a quiet neighborhood so not a rowdy party place at all but a perfect comfy place to stay while visiting friends or family in Richmond.

Home is very clean and as advertised and perfect for our two children and dogs. Close to everything! I will note that we had to put the trash can in front of one part of the fence as it was damaged at the bottom and small dogs could easily escape the yard.

I love this house and will definitely stay again when visiting Richmond. The interior is splotless and beautifully decorated. The host provided for every amenity and was instantly available to answer questions. The fenced back yard was secure and safe for my oupy. The neighborhood is very walkable. I highly recommend!

What a great property. Location was easy to get to, check in was a breeze. Lots of room, loved that we were able to set at the kitchen table and talk, well stocked kitchen with all cooking necessities. This was a sibling weekend for 4 of us with my younger brother who is fighting brain cancer. We were able to just sit and talk. We hope to get back and will definitely stay here again.
