The description is all lies! Broken furniture, tiny- not able to hold 14- so small, no dressers in several rooms(live out of suitcases), wobbly toilets, ceilings leaked water in two places-drains over-flowered, dirty!!! Everything-everywhere! Appliances don’t all work properly, air conditioning cannot keep up/work properly… I could go, but the point is the description is a lie! So much so that it is getting bulldozed - that’s how bad this property is!!!
The property was exactly as described. We knew going in it was a little outdated but was perfect for our family of grown children and their littles. The location was perfect and the pool area was a big hit for hanging out and catching up.
Property very run down, nothing like the pictures. It's a huge scam and definitely not worth the money. Pool was dirty, also. Management would not return calls or answer to any complaints. Don't waste your money on this property!!
This house was perfect for what we needed! We had 5 kids 3 and under and it was perfect for that! The outdoor area was beautiful and the location to the beach couldn’t be beat for the price! The gates should be fixed in the outdoor space as we felt this was a safety issue with the little ones, but we made due. We weren’t aware they had beach chairs, but that was an added bonus and a wagon that you could take to the beach—we had already rented these with baby items so would have been nice to know before renting them. We would love to rent and stay again if the property is still available next year! To us it was all about the location and for the price, it couldn’t be beat!
We loved the location and many features of the house. The pool, hot tub and outdoor space were wonderful particularly for a big group. We also loved the two kitchens and number of beds and baths. The house does needs some work, however. Both the indoor and outdoor areas need’s maintenance and some general updating. Nevertheless, we were very happy with the stay and were happy with the property for the price.
The space was great for 5 adults and 6 kids. It was nice to have 2 separate spaces. The pool and hot tub were great. The beach was right across the street. We were surprised to find pool and beach toys, and bikes to use that was nice. The negatives: the property is very old and needs a lot of repairs! Lots of broken gates, doors, and furniture. The layout is haphazard and not thought out very well, there is too many beds in every location possible. There may be mold in the air ducts as everyone was coughing and had respiratory issues, after leaving the property everyone was fine. This may also have been due to the Red tide which was moderate all week. When we arrived the dishes all needed to be re-washed as they all had food stains and scum on them. The brooms need to be replaced and a vacuum cleaner would have been nice to have. Also more outdoor faucets to wash sandy feet before entering. Overall not a bad place to stay but definitely needs work.
The location of this property is great! The pool and hot tub is wonderful. The property itself is rundown and waiting for someone to love it. When we first arrived I was disappointed. The sofas are stained and dirty, there were M&M's on the cushions of the couch. The table in front of the couch was so wiggly that my boyfriend found an Allen wrench and tightened it up. One of the toilets was quite wiggly. Many of the bolts on the outdoor furniture were so loose that we had to fix those before we could sit in them. The slats on the stool in the outdoor shower were not connected, so happy nobody sat on it before we discovered that! The fence around the pool and property is unsecured, rocks keep the gates from swinging open to the sidewalk. One of the gates actually has the latch on the outside. There were bikes in the garage. We didn't ride them, one had a flat tire. A nice surprise was there were some sand toys and a cart, a couple of chairs for the beach in the garage. (one is pretty bad should be thrown away) We spent most of our time in the pool and it really was beautiful, so as the week went on, we were ok with the property. The trolley service was wonderful and the beach couldn't be closer!
