A 15-minute walk to downtown and less than a 10-minute drive to the beach, you can’t beat the location. *Beach Gear Provided* Nearby are coffee shops, local markets, restaurants, groceries, breweries, & pubs. All new furniture to include beds and high quality memoryfoam mattresses! New Couch and new 65in smart tv. Adjustable height desk for maximum focus while working from home!

This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex sleeps 4. Both bedrooms also have white noise machines to help light sleepers!

Beach gear provided includes a sand- proof large blanket, 4 beach towels, and a sand proof bag!

The living room area features a large comfy couch, and a 65in smart with all streaming apps available.

The kitchen features all full-sized appliances and is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials. There is a coffee maker as well, with coffee provided.

There is a dining space that offers more prep space. We have a washer/dryer on-site in the master bedroom, ready to use.

Please note- This home is very centrally located, so guests might hear noise from traffic.(we have white noise devices in each bedroom to help light sleepers.)
