Beautiful Happy Beach House feeling. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is ensuite, and the other 2 rooms share the other bathroom. There are 3 bar stools at the counter in the kitchen, and 2 big chairs and a TV in a space next to the kitchen. The sunroom has a cozy corner couch with another big TV.
The big room in the center has a table that seats 10 for family style meals. The screened in porch has another family style table and looks out to the fenced front yard. I

Stayed Jun 24, 2021This house is great!! Close to beach.. BTW - beach is awesome and not crowded.. House is clean, spacious and includes EVERYTHING!!! 4 bikes!! Kids ride bikes to beach every day.. A short 5 minutes by bike.. Also a two person kayak. Oh yeh, the inter coastal is right there too... Three large bedrooms.... Wanna be crazy or shop? Siesta Key and Venice close enough..Wanna be mellow local spots are great!! You won’t be disappointed...

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved staying at Hilmar’s home! The location was excellent, very close to Nokomis beach and restaurants/shopping. The home itself was spacious and inviting with a great front yard to spend non beach days in. Hilmar was responsive and kind and made us feel welcomed. We will definitely be back.
