Important Things to Note

• Stairs: This home has stairs; please see photos for reference.

• Parking: Garage and parking lot parking for up to 2 vehicles. One car may park in the garage; all vehicles must use designated parking spaces only. No parking on pine straw or in the street. Extra cars can park in Lot 1 (near the Sea Pines Greenwood Gate) with clearance from Sea Pines Security at (843) 671-7170.

• Parking passes: Required and picked up at the Sea Pines front gate upon arrival. Passes must be displayed on all vehicle dashboards during your stay.

• Gate Entry Pass fee: Sea Pines collects a weekly Gate Entry Pass fee of $35 per vehicle (cash only) at arrival; the car pass must be displayed at all times.

• Pet policy: No pets are permitted at this home.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

• Communal amenities: Guests have access to the Lake Forest Villas communal pool and tennis courts.

    Incredible view out the back, it's even more epic from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the main bedroom upstairs (which oddly isn't shown in the listing images - it's the best feature of the place!). All but the bathrooms have been fully renovated and it was very, very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bathrooms are old, but were clean for their age. Great location in SeaPines too. There is also a BBQ and a small deck with seating for 4, although it's not listed. There is no kettle, so take your own. Full garage for parking, also was't listed.There is a great trail around the lake, that backs on to the nature preserve with a boardwalk through the swamp, it's spectacular. We saw deer, alligators in the lake, birds of all kinds, it was very relaxing. Once the bathrooms are updated, this will be a 5-star stay! We'd definitely go again.

    We had the best stay! The space was even better than the pictures showed. It was so spacious and the view out back was fantastic! We will definitely be back.
