Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the Lido Rondy home. It is in a quiet area. Very well situated. Short walk to the wonderful quiet beach and to St.Armands circle.The house has all the things we need. Good kitchen. Comfortable bedrooms and beds. The pool is good and kept clean.The house is getting a bit old and could use a little update. The mattresses in the single beds are little worn as are some of the floor mats by the doors.The house was mostly clean but we found cockroaches every morning, half dead on the floor. Probably coming from the A/C.There is a box outside by the garbage bins, that is for electricity and that is broken and open and can be hazardous.Overall though we are very fond of this place and have booked for next year

The house is clean and everything we need on the spot. If anything came up we just sent an email and got a respond straight away. Will be back next year :)

Stayed Aug 13, 2017We spent a couple of months here over the fall, and it is exactly as advertised: not your typically overdone Tommy Bahama VRBO, simple and clean. The pool area is walled and private, with a well screened-in cage. The interior is spacious with an office/open den works well for one who telecommutes. The location is quite nice, a brief bike ride to St Armands, or a $6 Uber to the city. The management company for this property is very responsive, which is a nice change from dealing with an owner. Jeff, in particularly, was very helpful. If i had to make one improvement, I’d add some dimmers to the lighting. We found ourselves constantly unscrewing light bulbs to reduce the blinding light in the kitchen and dinning room. But otherwise, awesome home . Kudos to the owners for creating tasteful environment.
