Chic Lake House w/ Furnished Deck & Hot Tub!

There's a reason we came back to the same vacation rental! This place is great for everyone. The kids loved all the games, and we loved the view and accessibility to the lake and activities. It's well-appointed, beautifully maintained, and incredibly well-managed. Thank you so much!

Our family recently stayed at the Chic Lake House and had a wonderful experience. The home was impeccable, very clean, and felt modern, as if it had been newly renovated. The layout was comfortable and inviting, which made it easy to relax from the moment we arrived.The property manager, Martha, was very helpful and communicated clearly with us before our stay, which made the entire process smooth and stress free.We also enjoyed having access to the walking trails along the lake. Although it required a short drive, it was a great benefit of staying at this property and added to the overall experience.We genuinely enjoyed our time at the Chic Lake House and look forward to staying here again on a future trip.

Great stay andocation, would stay again!

I’ve stayed in many pet-friendly homes because I travel with our fur baby poodle who is hypoallergenic and this home has been the first that I’ve not seen fur from others dogs:)

Nice property

This home was just as gorgeous as the photos! Amazing location right across the street from Lake Arrowhead and close to restaurants and shops. We were there for a mother/daughter and friend’s trip. Home was well stocked, super comfy and adorable. For sure plan to rent again!

Everything was just as described. Very clean. Very good communication with manager.

The property was ok, but nothing spectacular. Unlike other properties we’ve stayed at, we didn’t feel that the host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The house was roughly clean, with some parts being dusty. Overall, it was just a regular experience. While I would recommend it, my aftertaste is that it was just okay.

We had a great time! The property manager was responsive, although we didn’t have any issues, know that if we, if you do, they will handle it quickly!

I planned this little get away for me and my grown kids as a treat for us post divorce and invited a girlfriend of mine last minute. It was an absolute amazing trip. The home was serene, comfortable, and perfect. It had everything we needed. Beautiful views. Close to everything. Beautiful decor. A gorgeous kitchen which we spent a lot of quality time in! And the jacuzzi was a great bonus! We made wonderful memories here. I would highly recommend this home. They had a personal host available via phone or text for any of our needs from the date of check in and throughout the entire visit who was readily available and very friendly. 10/10

We were here for a family reunion at the lake. The property was so beautiful making our trip very enjoyable

The house and location are great! We were able to walk to the lake and we could even see the July 4th fireworks from the front porch which was perfect for our young kids. We stayed during a crazy heatwave and the AC couldn’t keep up. The management company was very responsive though and tried to remedy the situation. If they add window AC units to the bedrooms it won’t be an issue in the future though. Overall it was a really fun weekend!

Perfect

This house is as advertised. It is clean, comfortable and has a great outdoor deck. It had everything we needed to cook multiple meals. We have rented homes many times Lake Arrowhead, and this is the first that my whole family said we should stay in again. It was great.
