* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* Garage is not for guest use.

* Due to safety concerns, the fireplace is not available for guest use.

    This property has it all. Beautiful home with all the extra touches you don’t normally see in a rental. The back deck was a favorite spot to have a cup of coffee in the morning or grill in the evening. We had a relaxing family trip here with four teenagers. Plenty of room and centrally located to shopping, restaurants and the beach. We really enjoyed evening bike rides on the beautiful bike trails as well. We would love to stay here again when we visit Hilton Head in the future.

    This house is gorgeous on the inside and very roomy for a 3 bedroom home. The back deck overlooks a backyard (big enough to throw a frisbee around) with a lagoon in the back. The only downsides we could find were that we were 15 minute bike ride from Harbor Town and to get to the bike trails we had to ride in the road for a ways. The locals drive very fast on this road and we’re not very considerate about having to ride kids along the road on bikes. Overall, it was a great experience! The trolly ride also made our trips to the beach more simple!
