Chic Downtown Loveland Cottage- Close to Rocky Mountain National Park!

Great communication! Clean rental. great walk to nearby businesses.

The hosts were wonderful, we had some unexpected family events happen and the hosts were very accommodating. The home was cozy, spaces were a little tight but were organized well and clean. The shelves and mirrors are made for tall people, bring a step stool if you’re short. The WiFi was spotty and had a hard time connecting to the internet and the television so downtime at the house wasn’t as relaxing as it could have been. The bed was great, however, the pull out sofa bed and futon were both very worn and uncomfortable. We debated going to get an air mattress as that would have been more comfortable. Overall it was an okay stay.

Although this was a working holiday we made the best of our situation. The property was very nice and clean; location was so close to anything we needed or wanted. The outdoor space was comfortable as well. The bonus was a wedding party next door, what wonderful people we met.

Place is clean and great! Warm and friendly! Service was awesome! I'd say its 1 1/2 bedrooms, but beds were comfy and location for us was perfect! Recommend it to anyone!

Property manager was easy to communicate and work with. Cottage was very clean and private. Comfortable furniture and off street parking made it great for a couple days getaway.

Clean property, yet quite tight. Outside could have been cleaned up quite a bit. Had a good time.

My wife me and our adult friend were expecting a two bedroom unit as it indicated, 2 bedrooms (sleeps 6). Unfortunately, there are not actually two independent bedrooms. One of the areas that is considered a bedroom is more of a common space that a person staying in the closed bedroom would need to walk through to get to any other part of the unit. our friend wasn't comfortable with that (I don't blame her), so she got herself a motel room. Also, the bathroom is downstairs with the bedroom upstairs which isn't that comfortable for those who need to get up multiple times per night. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable and in a good location for us since we were heading to Rocky Mountains National Park.

I really appreciated the excellent communication and flexibility of the hosts. The cottage was a fantastic refuge with all of the comforts one may need. While elaborate meals would be best eaten out, the basics can be met in the kitchen. The design was simple and comfortable, filled with everything to make my stay as close to home as possible.
