Cute place about three blocks from downtown! They have done a great job with renovations. They had lots of amenities and greater you with drinks in the fridge and snacks on the counter. Fully stocked bathroom and everything you would need in the kitchen. The beds are super comfortable and everything is labeled for ease of use and finding things. Will definitely be back and recommend to other parents.

I came in from Colorado my son is going to college in Lexington and had to have surgery. We camped at the house for 2 weeks. Perfect for the two of us to live while he recovered. Very nice and modern inside as well as clean. Easy communications!

Sky’s Vrbo was unbelievably positive experience overall; equipped with modern facilities and every extra considerations for the guests. Highly recommended as it’s by far the best in my 7 years of renting facilities! I’d would rate a 6 if possible

I work out of town and stay in Verbos and air b n b every week and this place by far was the nicest place I have stayed out also the customer service was amazing!!!

The host, Sky, thought of everything! Coffee, bathroom toiletries, snacks, drinks and more! While there was a small snafu with the listing details- hence our decision to stay there- sky made it right. Went above and beyond. If I had a question, it was answered immediately. Would definitely stay again!!

Property was modern spacious and clean. It was also well supplied with toiletries drinks and snacks. The host was very responsive and eager to please. Parking is a bit of a challenge if you have multiple vehicles- but this was duly noted in the listing.

Property was very clean and a very smooth check in and check out process. This place was great for a two day stay. We were close to different breweries and it was very easy to get to UKs campus with an Uber. The location was okay.

This was the best Vrbo that I've ever stayed in once we were in the home. The neighborhood was a bit scary and loud at times. But the Vrbo was completely clean, spacious, decorated beautifully, modern appliances and plumbing, and so well stocked from drinks in the refrigerator to zip lock bag and tea. We enjoyed every minute.

My son and I had a wonderful stay at this rental property in Lexington, KY! The home was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities of a truly relaxing rental for the week. Sky is a responsive and reactive owner to any issue that needed to be clarified or resolved. My son and I both felt like this was a home away from home! My wife and I have stayed in multiple short and long term rentals over the years but this home in particular was, by far, one of our favorites. The property was extremely clean and welcoming and the host provided more than enough extras for us to enjoy our stay. We visit the Lexington area a couple times a year and this will be our stay of choice from this point forward.

The house was perfect - very clean, cozy and modern. The host thought of everything including things like Q-tips, tooth paste, snacks, and stocked soft drinks in fridge. The host Sky was very responsive and pleasant to speak with. I would stay again next time I’m in town and would recommend this home to others!
