    The house was perfect. It was clean and well stocked. The home is furnished very nice. The porch is fantastic. The location of the house was ideal for our toddler. He could play in the grassy area right across the street.

    This home and the rental company were the absolute best we have ever stayed in the 17 years we have been coming to 30A. Spotless and beautiful and quiet. Rental company was immediate in response times.

    I had this property rented for months and had planned on a relaxing Fall Break for my family and another couple. The listing did not mention significant reconstruction of the home next door, inside and out. Nor did it mention the view we would have of a large trash dumpster and porta-potty from the back screened porch. Construction crews were out front and back all day—zero privacy on porches. Lovely sound of a skid steer on and off. I was never notified of this construction project during the months leading up to our rental. Exclusive 30A doesn't know much about what is happening around their listings, or they do, and they don't care. I complained multiple times, to no avail ... just the standard legal mumbo jumbo ... we are not responsible garbage. I even offered to pay more to move to another property. I feel sorry for the homeowners. Oh ... it's not two king ensuites. It's one king ensuite and one king bedroom with a separate bathroom across the main hallway.
