Chic Cottage 3 Minutes to Gulf, in Middle of Seaside. 2 Minutes to Heated Pool

Great house! Loved staying here as a family of four. Both bedrooms are downstairs and the shared living space is upstairs. Porches are great, locations are great - would definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay! Great place for our Christmas getaway! Perfect size for us. It’s just my wife and and our 2 dogs. So a full house is a waste, but the tiny carriage houses are too small with the dogs. This one is right in the middle and was perfect!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just for Fun 2” #116The biggest issue with the rental is the home had fleas! We have spent so much money, and time to resolve this issues once we returned home. We have had our car detailed 2 times, purchased several items to kill the fleas and have had to wash all of our clothes several times. We have visited seaside for 7 years and never had an issue like this! We have rented homes that animals were allowed and had no issue. I emailed the rental company requesting a 15% refund to cover the time, and money I have spent to get rid of the fleas. Not only have I not received a refund, I have not received a response, or phone call from the rental company.

Good house. AC went out last day. Dishwasher didn’t work but assume they got that fixed. Otherwise, House and location great

The only suggestion we have is that a mop & bucket be provided since the white kitchen floors tend to get dirty quickly. Also, instead of an air fryer on the counter, a drip coffee maker would be nice. We so appreciate that our dog is allowed in this cottage!

It was a perfect location to show them all our favorite places to shop and eat, and you can't beat those sugar sand beaches! Also, we know from lots of searching that it's very hard to find a two bedroom property that has 2 King suites! The property was clean, beds were comfortable and location was convenient. Could have used a regular coffee maker, instead of just the Keurig, and could use a few more coffee cups. Also, the deck furniture off the kitchen was not that comfortable. Being able to text with the Exclusive 30A folks was fast and easy when we had any questions or issues. We had a great time.

We’ve been vacationing within the 30A corridor for over 25 years and owned in Rosemary and Seagrove. We stayed in the carriage house and could not believe how excellent it is. Every detail, location, space, size, appliance, even the beds are excellent (hard to find past few years) is of a very high quality/standard. The owners know what excellence is and it shows. We highly recommend this property for rental - it above and beyond any other carriage house we’ve owned or rented….Excellent experience start to finish!
