Chic Chevy Chase Bungalow, Heart of UK, Easy Trip to Downtown!

We had a great stay and would recommend to others. It was very clean, convenient, and well appointed.

My family stayed 5 nights, and I can’t say enough good things about it. Close to downtown, and close to other family that leaves in the area. I would certainly return.

My favorite places to stay in Lex, location is great, parking is great and house is very comfortable.

We LOVED our stay at this home! So clean, so comfortable. We felt safe and had fun exploring so many shops and restaurants nearby.

We enjoyed our stay and were extremely pleased with the house. It was clean and well stocked with the essentials for cooking. We appreciated the amount of towels and washcloths! The complementary snacks and drinks were nice. The backyard is small but fenced and was perfect for our dog. The rooms were spacious and beds comfy. The houses in the neighborhood are close together but it was a quiet neighborhood.

Loved this property. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and snuggly. Plenty of pillows. The sitting area outside was lovely. The bathroom was well stocked and thoughtful. Coffee pods provided. Plenty of hangers and dresser space. AC and ceiling fans worked perfectly. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay at this beautiful bungalow. Well equipped and updated. Easy off street parking, super safe neighborhood, walked to restaurants and bars. I was in town for a college track meet, perfect location as I could walk to the UK track. Loved it!

Nice house in a lovely neighborhood. Walking distance to Chevy Chase bars and restaurants. Also close to other Lexington attractions and campus. Simple fenced in backyard that our pug appreciated. Definitely would book again.

The bungalow was all that was promised and more! It was a great base from which to visit family and friends in the Lexington area, and a nice kitchen to prepare a meal as well. Highly recommend this location - also a nice fenced in yard for my dog as well!

Spent the weekend with my wife to visit my daughter. We used the well appointed kitchen to make a meal. If you are interested in cooking, this is the place for you, very well appointed. Nice fenced in back yard. The couches are comfortable, beds nice linens, great towels, completely renovated and very nice. Cathy, the owner, was very communicative and helpful. Off-street parking was a plus.

Loved this house! Perfect location! House clean amd well apppinted. Host thought of all the little things that make a stay great! Coffee, makeup remover wipes, little snacks. Could not ask for better! Great communication.

Lovely house that’s nicely updated in a quiet neighborhood. It’s close to down town, the university, restaurants and an easy drive to horse park!

Will absolutely stay here again next time we’re in town. House is beautifully updated, great yard and comfortable furniture. Well furnished kitchen too!
