Chic Bentonville Home w/ Patio & Fire Pit!

Our stay in this house was excellent—would give them more stars if we could! So clean and comfortable. Very well furnished and decorated. No issues to report except the coded door entry required some patience on my part! Hope to stay here again!

The home was beautiful, spacious and perfectly stocked with what we needed. We did get to enjoy the firepit in the backyard one evening and the convenience of having a garage during one stormy night was priceless. The location to restaurants and conveniences was wonderful!

This was a great house for our extended weekend stay in Bentonville. It was close to the downtown square, Crystal Bridges museum and many walking/running trails. The house had everything that we needed. It was hot so we didn't get to utilize the cute backyard, but if we ever return in the cooler months of the year we will definitely look for this place again. My only complaint was because there weren't any curtains in bedrooms, it got light really early in the morning. It made it hard to sleep in.

Very quick communication from the property managers, quite helpful. The property is exactly as described, nothing fancy but great for a weekend stay for us.

Perfect place to stay for anyone in town to mountain bike the local trails. Quiet house, quiet neighborhood, and minutes from markets, restaurants, and trails. Spotlessly clean house free bonus!

The house was conveniently located by a few trails and close enough to downtown and Slaughter Pen. It was particularly close to the start of a bike event we were in town for. The house was very clean and had everything we needed!

1207 Spring St was the perfect place for us to stay while in Bentonville. The house is clean, updated and in a quiet neighborhood that was close to everything we wanted to do. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Bentonville.

Cute place! Great location. We enjoyed it although we weren’t there much of the time. We loved how close it was to the momentary And farmers market! We did have trouble with the lights and fan in the bunk room. Needed a new battery. Wish we could have had time to enjoy the cute fire pit area! My only suggestions would be, Maybe you could addA mirror or two outside of the bathrooms for people to get ready in.

What a delightful place to stay. The home has been recently remodeled with cheerful color and thoughtful design. The quiet location of small houses was perfect - right off HWY 49 and minutes from downtown Bentonville. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the bathrooms. We didn't cook during our short stay, but it appeared there were ample pots/pans/utensils for whatever you might need. Communication with the host was excellent. I would stay here again when in the area.

The small home had everything we were looking for and was conveniently located near some great mountain biking trails.

Everything the Bentonville area has to offer was easily accessible from this location, and having the attached garage was a nice advantage given the cold weather.

Nice quite neighborhood close to everything

This cozy, house was perfect for our family of 4. It’s close to downtown but in a quiet neighborhood. The couch and beds were so comfortable. Everything was clean and comfortable. The owner was super responsive and flexible when we needed to extend our trip due to weather. Will stay here again!

When planning our trip to Bentonville over Christmas to visit Crystal Bridges and neighboring towns, we needed a place to stay for a week.We always look for value when planning our trips and places to stay. The images of the house on the VRBO site were very appealing, and the cost for our stay was affordable. The house had everything we were looking for. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, along with a nice family room, made us feel at home. We also had a nice garage to park the car.The house appears to have been remodeled, with new flooring, cabinets, appliances, and fixtures. I have remodeled my own house and know the amount of work it takes to make it right. This remodel was superb. The location of the house made it easy to get to downtown Bentonville, and being close to I-49 made it easy to get to Rogers, Fayetteville, and beyond.Communicating with Steve was very easy, and he was very prompt with his replies. If in the area, we would defintely stay here again.

This house was very cozy. We loved having the ability to go out in the back on a cool night and make s’mores. The rooms were very roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will rent again in the future.

What a fantastic place to stay in Bentonville. We were in town for 5 days for a MTB race, this property has everything you need to make your stay feel like a hime away from home.

We stayed 3 nights and found the property to be in an excellent location. Property was very clean and spacious for our group of 4. Would love to have had a BBQ grill but still highly recommend.

Perfect stay at this lovely home. The decor is inviting, the location is great, near everything and in a lovely family neighborhood that made me feel safe and welcomed. The staff (checking manager, cleaning staff) were all great to interact with and prompt to help. I will be back in Bentonville and hope this property will be available then for a repeat.

This home was exactly as described. It was very clean and comfortable. Our host was helpful and easy to contact. We have family in AR and had lots of activities and places to go during our visit. The location of the home was just off I-49, making it easy to get anywhere quickly. Our grandchildren loved coming to our house for meals and games. It was nice to have a larger dining area for the entire family to gather. We would stay in this home again!

Everything was good except we woke up to no hot water our 2nd day. The property manager was easy to reach and work with.

The house was the perfect size for our group. There was plenty of room for the kids to play with their electronics. I will definitely use them again.
