Stayed May 7, 2025The condo was clean and plenty of room for our trip. The manager communicated effectively and left us with a mix of snacks and coffee. They even went so far as to leave a cake in the fridge to celebrate the reason for the trip. Very thoughtful.There were two items to note about our trip. (1) We had an army of ants in the kitchen. No big deal as there was some bug spray under the sink and that took care of them. (2) The apartment is VERY close to train tracks and unfortunately those tracks were used daily. The passing train itself wasn't terribly loud, but the conductor blaring the horn in the middle of the night wasn't fun.Location was close to campus and the Walmart grocery store. Parking was ample. Check out process was easy (we appreciate it when paying a cleaning fee and your personal to do list is minimal).

Stayed Apr 4, 2025We had a lovely stay. The location was great for our purpose and the rental was exactly as expected. Our first day 2 trains passed which were surprisingly close but after those 2 trains (during the day) we never heard one again. I would definitely recommend this location and book again myself.
