The Space:

Welcome to your Bentonville basecamp! Inside, you’ll find a bright open‑plan living area with plush sofas, a smart TV and an electric fireplace for cozy nights in. Prepare family meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless‑steel appliances and a coffee station, then gather around the dining table or spill out to the deck for alfresco dining under the pergola’s twinkling lights.



Bedrooms are designed for restful sleep: a king suite with ensuite bath, a queen room and a bunk room with twin bunks plus a trundle and additional queen bed. Quality linens and comfortable mattresses ensure everyone wakes refreshed. Two bathrooms provide double vanities, a walk‑in shower and tub.



A dedicated workspace and super‑fast Wi‑Fi make remote work a breeze, while the garage and fenced yard keep bikes and pups secure.

Entire home & fenced backyard are yours during the stay.

Walk or cycle to Slaughter Pen & Razorback Greenway trails; Walmart HQ and corporate offices are minutes away. Explore further afield with a short drive to Lake Bella Vista, Coler Mountain Bike Preserve and beautiful Ozark parks.



Getting Around:

With the home just about a mile from downtown Bentonville, most attractions can be reached by foot or bike via the nearby trail systems. For exploring further into Northwest Arkansas, a car or rideshare is recommended. We provide garage and driveway parking for up to four vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

Dogs welcome! Up to 2 house-trained dogs allowed for an extra fee; sorry, no cats.

Quiet hours 8 PM–8 AM to respect neighbors.

Fire pit available year-round. Follow safety guidelines provided in the house manual.

Luggage storage available in the garage on request (after noon on check-out day).

Smoking: Allowed outdoors only—please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Smoking indoors may result in fines exceeding $1,000.
