You'll love the guest cottage at Cedar Point Farm because of the expansive water views along nearly a mile of shoreline, the private sandy beach and pool, and its secluded peacefulness. The cottage (built new in 2014) is great for couples, solo adventurers, families, and furry friends (dogs). A few short miles from the starting line of Cambridge’s yearly Ironman and Eagleman, this property is also an excellent base camp for triathletes and their biggest fans!
Cedar Point Farm is a 100-acre property situated on Cedar Point, at the southwest tip of Ross Neck. The property, with a full mile of shoreline along the south and west borders, is managed for the benefit of wildlife. It is peaceful and secluded - a half a mile from the nearest neighbor.

Great relaxing trip. Property was amazing!
Everything about the house and the grounds was true perfection. We will return. Thank you for sharing this gorgeous setting.
Beautiful setting with almost all the amenities one could want…except WiFi. Weather was too hot to go outside much but the views from the wrap around screened in porch are spectacular!
We can't stay enough nice things about this place! It is truly a secluded paradise! The grounds are stunning and the wildlife is abundant! We saw ducks, deer, coyotes, rabbits, foxes, and many types of birds. There are numerous trails around the property for long walks. We spent hours in the pool and let the dogs swim at the beach. Fishing from the pier produced many stripers! The house is lovely and has everything you need for cooking. Everything was clean and comfortable. Mr. Frank the caretaker was so nice and helpful! He answered questions we had about the area and even brought us fresh produce from the huge gardens! Overall, we had a fantastic time and would not hesitate to go back again! Make sure to check out Black Water Bakery in town! The pastries, food, and coffee were amazing!
We had a lovely time, and got the needed respite we very much needed. Even our little dog enjoyed his break from the constant hustle of people and construction by our home in DC. We brought all of our food in, and cooked for ourselves. We swam in the pool and read. It was heavenly, we recommend it.
The property was beautiful but condiment were expired or had bugs in them. Utensils were worn down. The pool was great the outside area was clean and well managed.
Our family had a remarkable time at this wonderfully secluded home on the bay. The home itself had everything we could need for a comfortable stay, and the farm was well maintained and provided a highlight for the kids to be able to take a stroll through the sunflower fields. Spent nearly all day in the pool as the kids played and we relaxed in that beautiful setting. What a gorgeous place to get away from it all! Would love to come back whenever possible.
This was exactly what we needed. A nice peaceful place to ourselves. The three of us stayed for a few nights and spent the days in the pool. Be sure to bring food as there aren’t many restaurants that are close, but this wouldn’t be a big deal unless you have a toddler.
We had a great time here for our 4 night stay. The property is beautiful and very well appointed. Everything from the pool to the riverside beach was stunning. The kids enjoyed biking all over the property taking pictures of everything from birds to bunnies ?. Great time all around.
Great place to get away and unplug
